She's a bit disappointed since the balloons fall to the ground! There's no atmosphere on the moon so there is nothing for the helium to float in. So the balloons just fall. If your answer was they all popped, that's probably true too. Since there's no atmosphere on the moon, there's no outside pressure to push in on the inside balloon pressure. The balloon would expand and probably explode.
