Bite-Size Physics

Phillip can’t wait to bring his two friends to see the movie Einstein’s Escape from Evil Ernie’s Equatorial Estate. He’s a little tight on cash, however, and is trying to figure out if it would be cheaper for him to go to the movies twice and bring one friend with him each time. Or would it be cheaper to go to the movies once and bring both friends. Assuming there’s no difference in the ticket prices, which way is cheaper or does it make a difference?
